Role: Night Responder, Female Only

Hours: 20 hours per week

Salary: £24,897.60 per annum, pro-rata

Our Barrhead Project is Based in the East Renfrewshire area of Glasgow provides a housing support & care at home service to adults with learning and physical disabilities. The project provides practical day to day support to individuals, helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle and facilitating community inclusion, above all having fun!

The successful candidate will support individuals throughout the night; ensure the safety of the people they support and adhere to relevant policies and procedures. They will ensure the continued health and wellbeing of the people they support by responding to their healthcare needs including personal care and medication.

The successful candidates will deliver person-centred support in accordance with individual outcome-based support plans. The ability to travel is essential as the responder will work across the homes of the individuals, they must drive and have access to their own vehicle.

The working pattern will be working 5 over 7 including weekend work and this is a lone working position

To carry out the role you must possess excellent organisational skills and IT skills.
