A great opportunity for a Tax Audit Manager (VP) to join a leading Investment Banking organisation based in London!

As an Audit Vice President, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading audits with a strong focus on Tax-related areas, particularly covering US and UK tax regulations and frameworks, and other cross-border tax requirements
  • Planning, executing, and reporting the results of internal audits across the tax control environment
  • Partnering across audit teams (globally and locally) to ensure comprehensive coverage of tax risks
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, and Compliance
  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality audits with clear, actionable insights

Ideally, you will have the following experience:

  • Solid knowledge of US and UK tax rules, global tax reporting obligations, and tax risk management
  • A background in Commercial or Investment Banking would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coaching or mentoring junior auditors and working on end-to-end audit delivery
