Graduate Teaching Assistant | Southwark SE3 | £90-£105 | Full Time | Long Term-Permanent | January 2025 Have you recently received your degree in psychology from a university? Are you an understanding and caring teacher who is at ease with the wide and complicated spectrum of demands among kids with special education needs? Long Term Futures is currently partnering with a Southwark-based Primary School, which is looking for bright and confident graduates to embark on their journey in teaching. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in the educational development and well-being of young students. For the right candidate, there is potential for the role to become permanent. Main Duties will entail: Providing 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN and complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, and behavioural difficulties. Participate and assist in lesson delivery and provide individualised support to children with special educational needs. Collaborate with an experienced inclusion team to ensure ongoing development and participation of children who may struggle in mainstream class environments.
