LOCATION – South Wales, Birmingham, Gloucestershire and Berkshire – field based (4.5 days) and home based (0.5 day)
WORKING HOURS – Monday – Friday, 8:30-4:30

We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Business Development Manager – Myopia Management for a leading global manufacturer of contact lenses.
You will be responsible for selling the Myopia portfolio into optical retailers including Key Accounts in a defined territory. You will support and work with Owners, Practice & Store Managers, Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs), and front-of-house colleagues to establish the Myopia category and drive sales. Partnering with customer business teams, NAMs, KAMs, RSMs, Marketing & Professional Affairs, you will develop and implement customer-specific myopia business plans.
Essential functions & responsibilities:
- Drive activation and adoption of myopia management products within targeted accounts to meet sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with customer teams to execute joint business plans for category growth.
- Collaborate with BDMs on target accounts for a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and sustain relationships with sales teams, leadership, and support teams to support customer objectives.
- Gain deep clinical knowledge of myopia management products and competitors.
- Act as the primary contact for myopia management at customer levels to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Interpret clinical studies and market data to support sales efforts.
- Demonstrate excellent selling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Organize and deliver regional training programs on myopia management and products.
- Train sales teams on new initiatives and product information.
- Engage with customers through tailored business reviews and action plans, including marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company at seminars, exhibitions, and meetings.

Expertise in customer relationship management, business development, myopia management, and contact lens products. Strong sales, communication, and optometry skills to support and coach customers and teams, promoting MiSight sales and adoption.
