Electrical Engineering Business – UK Based
We’re pleased to be recruiting for an HV Operations Director / Manager to join a fast growing Engineering business established 20 years ago.
The business and are firmly ingrained on some key projects across UK, specialising in providing Electrical & Instrumentation services across the project lifecycle across Power & Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas and Commercial & Industrial sectors.
You will help to develop and grow the market presence of this highly rated business across the HV operations market in the UK. This is a genuine leadership opportunity and the chance to shape the division, working closely with the leadership team.
Location: UK North East or remote
Salary / package: Negotiable
- You\’ll be heavily involved from both a project delivery, and commercial perspective, working closely with the leadership team to build on existing relationships and projects the company are currently involved in and expanding their suite of services.
- Working with bids/tenders team to price potential opportunities / projects accordingly.
- Work closely with clients to ensure project deliverables expectations are all aligned and can be met.
- Assists operations team in ensuring scopes of work are clear, and adequate labour is resourced and in place for jobs.
- Holds overall accountability for HV projects across the UK.
- Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent technical or operational degree.
- Demonstrated background in HV operations across the UK.
- Strong communicator able to liaise with various stakeholders inside, and outside of the business.
