Role Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Corporate Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
