Personal Assistant to Executive

Location: Knutsford (On-site)

6 Month initial assignment

£30 – £34k per annum

Role Overview

  • Our client is looking for a highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant with a proven track record of supporting C-suite and senior executives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Skilled in managing complex schedules, coordinating travel and logistics, handling confidential information, and serving as a reliable gatekeeper and liaison between the executive office and key stakeholders.
  • Brings a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless executive support and operational efficiency.
  • Adept at anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the executive and key stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
