Make Waves as a Maritime Recruitment Consultant – Build Your Network, Close Deals, Lead the Way!
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Maritime industry, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious person to join our passionate and successful team on a Permanent desk.
On this warm desk you’ll recruit for White Collar skillsets such as Navel Architects, Marine Engineers and Project Managers.
You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” – your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
