Warehouse Team Leader – Logistics

Join us as a Warehouse Team Leader at N Brown Group, leading operational processes, resources, and colleagues within our logistics operation. You’ll provide an excellent customer experience for both internal and external customers, meet agreed objectives and SLAs, and drive continuous improvement culture.

Shift pattern: 4 days on – 4 days off, working 1:30 pm to 1 am.

Location: Logistics hub, Shaw (Oldham). Easy tram access and free car parking.

What will you do as a Team Leader at N Brown?

  • You’ll lead, support, motivate, train and develop the Logistics Operational colleagues in your team to ensure our objectives are met.
  • You’ll accurately log colleague time and attendance and manage absences in line with N Brown policy.
  • You’ll maintain Health & Safety (including COVID) measures and housekeeping requirements to provide a safe and clean environment for colleagues and visitors.
  • You’ll achieve production and compliance targets and SLAs while using resources cost‑effectively; respond to production plan adjustments and assign resources as needed.
  • You’ll deliver departmental budgets through effective manpower, planning and performance management.
  • You’ll review performance and quality, provide weekly cost analysis, and investigate trends in MI.
  • You’ll be flexible with shift start/finish to plan the day, provide accurate handover details and support business needs with flexibility for overtime when required.
  • You’ll manage several departments outside your main department as a multi‑skilled lead.
  • You’ll identify process improvements and support implementation through Lean Six Sigma methodology.
