Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager, QA Manager, or Software Test Manager with experience in software development, application development, release management, and eCommerce, based in the East Midlands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing QA processes across multiple IT domains, including application development, e-commerce, client-facing systems, and internal business systems.
- Leading the QA team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Developing and implementing QA procedures, processes, and metrics.
- Ensuring organization-wide adherence to QA standards.
- Balancing technical, soft, and management skills.
- Maintaining high-quality standards for software, products, and services.
- Identifying and evaluating QMS-related policies and processes.
- Assisting in QMS design and providing expert input for new policies, procedures, and business processes.
- Adopting digital/tech innovations, ensuring the team has resources for tech advancements and training, and deploying new technologies to enhance effectiveness.
This role requires autonomy and expertise, with a focus on implementing necessary changes and making the role your own. Tech-savviness is preferred to anticipate and adopt digital innovations effectively.
The salary is £65,000 plus benefits. The role involves 2 days a week in the office, with locations accessible from Nottingham, Leicester, and Derby. Onsite parking is available.
