Youâll be a natural problem solver, a collaborative leader, and a hands-on change agent who brings both strong technical rigour and people-first thinking to the challenge of operational transformation.
About the day to dayâŚ
As a Senior Manager within Business Process Optimisation (BPO), youâll drive high-impact initiatives that simplify ways of working, improve client and employee experience, and directly influence margin and value creation across the firm.
Youâll be getting stuck into a wide range of tasks, including;
Process Optimisation Delivery
- Leadingdiscovery, analysis, and redesign of core processes across multiple service lines and operational functions.
- Mappingcurrent and future-state processes with clear visuals, evidence-based insights, and financial impact analysis.
- Identifyinginefficiencies, duplication, risk, and cost-to-serve opportunities, andproposingimprovements that are scalable and commercially impactful
- Managingchange projects from scoping to delivery – ensuringmeasurable outcomes on cost, margin, revenue enablement, or client experience.
- Supportingcross-functional transformation programmes byworkingclosely with service leads and the Transformation Team.
Collaboration & Engagement
- Workingacross the business to understand operational challenges andco-designingsolutions that work in practice.
- Facilitatingworkshops, user interviews, and root-cause analysis sessions.
- Partneringwith Technology, Business Operations, and Finance to align process changes with automation and digital capability.
- Actingas a key point of engagement with stakeholders – including Service Line Heads, Directors, and Ops Leadership.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Supportingthe rollout of process governance frameworks, templates, and standards.
- Helpingembed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the business.
- DefiningandtrackingKPIs linked to financial outcomes and operational value.
- Contributingto BPO dashboards and insight packs for senior stakeholders and the Board.

- A proven track record of delivering business process optimisation and operational improvement in a complex, people-driven environment (e.g. professional services, financial services, consulting or similar)
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies â Lean, Six Sigma, Agile â ideally certified (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent)
- Experience in process mapping and redesign tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio)
- Financial awareness â able to assess and communicate impact on margin, value streams, cost-to-serve and revenue enablement
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and engage stakeholders across levels and functions
- Strong written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and Boards
