Job Description
An international Bank is seeking a dynamic BA to support strategic projects and daily business operations with a range of responsibilities, to include:
- Collating, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Collaborating with teams to enhance workflow efficiency
- Assisting in project coordination and implementation
- Creating user guides and training materials
- Developing test cases and conducting UAT for system/process changes
- Providing daily operational and administrative support
Your experience must include:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in retail banking or business analysis within the banking sector, with a preference for online banking, card industry, or digital banking experience
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, SQL, etc
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities for effective interaction at all organizational levels
- Fluency in Cantonese is a must-have skill
Please note this role will be working hybrid – 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remotely.
