Job Description
- Assisting in full 360 recruitment within the industrial sector (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing).
- Attracting and sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Screening CVs, conducting candidate interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Supporting the management of temporary and permanent roles from initial briefing to successful placement.
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their staffing needs.
- Assisting with compliance, onboarding, and shift coordination.
