Projects involve complex sequencing such as piling, demolition, and large-scale earthworks. You will work alongside a Project Manager on site, tasked with gaining buy-in from Sub-Contractors to foster a helpful environment, ensuring everyone works towards a safe & productive construction site.

Role
- Deliver safety presentations
- Lead health and safety processes, including hazard analysis, SOPs, training, contractor requirements, and incident investigations
- Conduct routine inspections, toolbox talks, and inductions
- Develop site HSSE strategies, promote safety standards & best practices from the outset
- Build teams, maintain client relationships, and demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude
- Set standards from the front, ready to roll up sleeves
- Open to travel and working away during the week, aligned with the company\’s client-focused approach

Do you meet the following criteria?
- NEBOSH qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Safety Advisor, Safety Manager, or HSE Manager
- Experience working for Main Contractors or Sub-Contractors focusing on worker welfare and safety on construction sites
- Experience in Build & Civil Engineering works (excavation, groundworks, piling, enabling works, structures)
- Permanent employment history, ready to work hard during challenging days
