Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a background in secured lending and a passion for process improvement? We're looking for a confident and detail-oriented BA to join our team, supporting change initiatives across lending, savings, and operational areas.
What you'll do:

Gather and document business requirements across departments

Map current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") processes

Drive change initiatives and improve customer journeys

Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams

Support secured lending projects and help streamline workflows
What you'll bring:

3+ years' BA experience in financial services

Solid understanding of secured and unsecured lending

Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience with tools like Salesforce, Visio, Excel or SQL is a plus
