Job Description
Job Type: 9 month FTC
Location: Edinburgh Hybrid (1 day per week in office)

The role
You will be working to support our Telephony Consultants so they are more available for our customers, undertaking a support function within our Telephony Guidance team, providing administrative support across a variety of activities to ensure all stakeholders receive a professional and consistent service.
Ensuring best use of resource and skill development by working flexibly across the range of administrative tasks, following establish processes and identifying issues or areas for improvement within existing processes and highlight to appropriate stakeholders, following through any changes to processes and transactions to agreed standards and timescales.
