As an HR Operational Effectiveness Director on the Global People Team in our London office , you’ll play a vital role in designing and driving people-focused systems and tools that fuel Taboola’s growth. You’ll lead global talent programs, enable strategic workforce planning, and partner closely with HR and business leaders to future-proof our organisation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how we assess, develop, and retain top talent at scale.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, Talent, or Organizational Effectiveness with a global scope
  • Proven experience designing and implementing performance, talent, and engagement strategies
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership on org design, change, and workforce planning
  • Strong data orientation — able to design tools and processes that drive measurable value
  • Experience leading HR or OD teams and managing cross-functional initiatives

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience supporting M&A, restructures, or enterprise-level change management
  • Familiarity with DE&I learning or leadership development frameworks
