Job Description: Year 5 Teacher Swindon Thursdays and Fridays 2 days per week Salary is negotiable We are currently recruting for a Year 5 class teacher to cover two days per week in a local primary school in Swindon. This role is part of a job share working alongside another class teacher, planning will be shared across you both. This role is to cover from September in a job share on Thursday and Fridays for a Year 5 class. Key Responsibilities: Teach the children the curriculum, planning all classroom lessons shared with the co class teacher Be able to adapt lesson plans to work with different children needs and abilities. Provide feedback to parents, the school and the agency at the end of the day. Managing behaviour and maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere Requirements: You must have a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS etc) Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team A positive and compassionate attitude towards students A valid right to work in the UK What you\’ll get from us: You will be paid a competitive daily rate.
