As a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits, you will be deployed across our portfolio of clients as a specialist consultant, working on a wide array of complex projects across multiple industries.  The Role We are looking for a Senior graphic and Integration Designer who has experience to understand user journeys and use prototypes to deliver services, products and tools which fulfil user needs. . Responsibilities: ·      You work alongside other Designers, Front-end Developers, Researchers and Software Engineers ·      Create and iterate prototypes to test and communicate ideas and help the wider team learn about user needs. ·      Understand as-is interaction design and identify improvement opportunities. ·      Explain the importance of making government content and services inclusive, accessible and environmentally sustainable ·      describe how privilege and power influence the design and delivery of content and services Skills & Experience: ·      Clearly explain complex problems and ideas to teams or stakeholders outside of design ·      Clearly document and communicate design decisions, related risks and any unresolved issues ·      Advise teams on how to design inclusive, accessible and environmentally sustainable content or services ·      Design and deliver ethical content or services that consider the personal and social context of users ·      Help a team understand how user-centred design helps it meet its goals ·      Help teams align their work to the goals and vision of their organisation About us:  At Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
