Do you have the experience to manage major contracts and stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvement in service delivery?

Can you lead and motivate high-performing teams to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services across a large housing portfolio?

We are seeking a Property Services Manager with proven leadership in managing housing repairs, compliance, and planned works. This pivotal role demands a strong understanding of health and safety legislation, procurement regulations, and risk management within the social housing sector. If you can lead teams effectively while delivering high-quality, compliant property services, we’d love to hear from you.

Hybrid – mixture of office and at home working

\\n

This post is a full-time role at 37 hours a week. However, all applications will be considered.
