About NOVA
NOVA Wealth is a fast growing startup looking to change the face of financial advice and the way it\’s delivered in the UK. We firmly believe that a human adviser needs to be at the heart of every client relationship; however, by leveraging technology we can empower our advisers to deliver higher levels of service and cut out a lot of the day to day admin that gets in the way. At our core, we\’re here to build a game changer in the advice industry that delivers better customer outcomes, at a lower cost, for more people. Through customer-centric advisers supported by our Lifeline technology, we empower our customers to go beyond just making smarter financial decisions to living the lives they dream of.
We love doing things differently. We\’ve moved away from lengthy, paper-based suitability reports and use technology to deliver full holistic advice in an entirely digital way. We are recruiting for forward thinking Partners (Financial Advisers) who want better outcomes for their customers and to focus on client service rather than admin or report writing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with the ambition to move away from traditional wealth management firms and cultivate their own client base. You will play a critical role in our future growth, empowering individuals to make the most of their money and revolutionising what it feels like to receive financial advice.
Responsibilities include building your own book of clients, delivering holistic financial advice with a planning-led approach, and focusing on excellent client service to develop multi-generational relationships with both mass affluent and high-net-worth clients.

- Providing holistic financial advice with a financial planning-led approach, understanding clients’ unique financial needs and helping them to chart a path to the life they want
- Delivering exceptional client service to build multi-generational relationships with a diverse client base
Requirements
- Client-centric: ability to build strong client relationships, high attention to detail, and a focus on simplifying processes for clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with startup pace and excited by building a book of new clients
- Comfortable with technology: openness to learning and using tech to support the client journey
- Team-player: collaborative and constructive in a fast-moving, innovative environment
- Integrity: high standards of personal integrity due to handling confidential data
- Qualified: UK-regulated financial advice qualification (minimum Level 4 Diploma) with a preference for Chartered status or progression toward Chartered; 2+ years of experience is preferred
You’ll feel right at home if you’re…
- Helpful: willing to go out of your way to assist colleagues and clients
- Straightforward: clear, simple communication and approach
- Bold: readiness to pursue ideas and drive positive change
Benefits
- Join a firm with genuine purpose and impact, and a strong moral code
- Competitive salary + benefits (bonus, pension, private medical, income protection, death in service)
- Potential to receive equity in the future
- Wellness / mental health support (Headspace App and private medical support)
- Budget for additional learning and exam costs
- Electric vehicle leasing through salary sacrifice / cycle to work
- Flexible hours and hybrid remote working (typically 2-3 days in the office at 20 Farringdon Street)
