Description: London Property Acquisition & Investment Executive (Private Mandate)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven, well-connected, and commercially minded property professional to act as our eyes and ears on the ground in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, analysing, and securing off-market and undervalued real estate opportunities across London and the wider UK.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who may currently be working in an agency or investment firm but is looking to step into a more entrepreneurial, private role with the potential for long-term alignment and upside.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source off-market, distressed, and value-add real estate opportunities in London and key UK regions.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with agents, receivers, banks, developers, and private sellers.
- Lead the initial deal analysis, underwriting, and feasibility studies.
- Present opportunities with full investment rationale and financial modelling.
- Assist with negotiations, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity.
- Develop a pipeline of actionable opportunities in line with agreed investment criteria.
- Act as the local representative for the principal on property matters.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-7 years’ experience in real estate investment, agency, acquisitions, or distressed assets.
- Strong network of London property agents, insolvency practitioners, lenders, and developers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to unearth off-market deals.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Financially literate with the ability to model investments and assess risk.
- Hungry, self-motivated, discreet, and comfortable working independently with direct access to the principal.
