Job Description
Real Estate Finance Senior Associate (5-8 PQE):
We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Real Estate Finance offering in the City of London office. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile and high-value cross-border financings, within a team that is recognised globally.
This Senior Associate position provides strong progression opportunity. The team would like an senior Lawyer to work closely with the Partners and to have a high-level of technical ability.
This finance team advises a mix of banks, funds, sponsors and developers on complex property-related lending across both domestic and European markets. The group’s work spans senior and mezzanine debt facilities, investment and development loans, cross-border portfolio financings, and restructurings involving distressed property debt. The work tends to be weighted to lender side but they do act for both sides.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 5+ years of post-qualified experience (England & Wales or foreign qualified with experience gained in London within Real Estate Finance)
- Experience with another leading City of London law firm
You will have high levels of partner contact within a collaborative and supportive practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. In addition, you will benefit from a competitive salary and bonus package.
Salary: £200k+ (+bonus and benefits)
