This is a key role supporting our Trust\’s strategic financial planning, helping to ensure the financial strength and sustainability of our academies.
About the Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
Supporting the Director of Finance in delivering effective financial management across the Trust.
Producing 3-5 year budget forecasts and in-depth financial analysis.
Leading on monthly management accounts and reporting against key performance indicators.
Ensuring consistent financial policy implementation across a portfolio of academies.
Providing professional guidance and support to school-based finance staff.
Supporting Trust-wide projects including transformation, internal audit, dashboard reporting, and DfE submissions.
About You
We are looking for:
A highly motivated, detail-oriented finance professional.
A Level 3 qualification or higher in accountancy, finance, or business (or equivalent experience).
Strong experience in budget management, financial systems, and stakeholder reporting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to train, support, and influence others.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a values-driven environment.
