Summary
Our client is looking for an experience Broker / Account Executive to join a leading Lloyds accredited insurance broker who work with clients in the UK and internationally across a broad range of different risks.
Commercial Lines Account Executive
This role will sit within the specialist UK aviation division but will focus on providing companies operating in the sector with commercial / business insurance solutions – physical damage, liabilities, stock, business interruption et al. So, the successful candidate does not need to have knowledge or expertise in aviation but will need to be an experienced in commercial insurance.
The role will involve:
* managing a portfolio of accounts from enquiry through the renewal process
* effectively gathering information and instructions
* pro-actively discussing renewal terms with customers
* preparing and producing policy quotes and all necessary policy documentation using IBS platform
* promptly responding to all client enquiries throughout the annual policy period
* working, as necessary, with third party producing brokers
* attending client meetings and other event such as shows and events when required
Role requirements:
* A proven track record working within UK commercial lines insurance.
* Ability to manage client relationships
* Excellent client service focus; the customer is always your top priority
* Good, clear written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Able to manage a busy workload in an organised and structured manner
* A team player
What is on offer:
* Permanent contract
