We are seeking an organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and service-oriented Billing Specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will monitor and respond in a timely manner to invoice queries, manage invoice processing, and handle email requests from our case-based ticketing service – Microsoft Dynamics.
Previous accounting experience is required.

Key Tasks
- Import & Export billing to Customers via DSV XPress
- Intercompany Cost Control
- Intercompany Queries on incorrect invoicing
- Direct contact with overseas offices/agents and customers
- Monitor and respond to invoice queries, manage invoice processing, and handle email requests from our case-based ticketing service – Microsoft Dynamics
Skills and Competencies
- Strong written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
- Excellent customer service with empathy, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices and freight transport operations
- Previous accounting experience is required
- Basic accounting and math skills; experience in accountancy and billing

- Proficient computer and IT skills; quick to learn new systems
