This is a part-time position; salary will be pro-rata.
The post involves responsibilities for assessing care needs, evaluating care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality holistic care to children. In the absence of the Clinical Lead, the post holder will manage the Theatre and Recovery Department, including supervision and staff deployment in this specialist area.
The post holder is responsible for clinical and staff governance and will participate in duty rosters, including day, late, and on-call shifts, with specific on-call and weekend working requirements.
