Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing efforts across EMEA, with a strong focus on the UK and BENELUX markets. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who excels at developing compelling content, executing integrated campaigns, and delivering impactful events that drive engagement and pipeline growth.

As a key member of the regional marketing team, you will be responsible for building and executing multi-channel campaigns, creating localized content, and managing both digital and in-person events. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals, while continuously optimizing performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Build, own, and maintain campaign calendars to ensure seamless execution.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy for the EMEA region, including targeted email campaigns, blog posts, infographics, e-books, and product pages.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing campaigns.
  • Event Management: Plan and implement events in collaboration with internal and external partners for the UK and BENELUX regions.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators – including MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution – to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide actionable insights that demonstrate how regional campaigns, content, and events directly influence sales outcomes in the UK and BENELUX markets.
  • Social Media Management: Ensure a strong presence and visibility on social networks (LinkedIn), creating content and monitoring interactions with customers and prospects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate weekly with the GTM organization on prospecting, marketing, and pipeline generation initiatives.
  • Public Relations: Over time you will be able to take ownership of regional PR relationships at the appropriate time.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in content and campaign strategy development, including creating and localizing content across multiple formats and channels to support campaign and brand objectives.
  • Some experiance in event planning and execution, including managing logistics, vendors, and on-site coordination for both in-person and virtual events.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • English Speaking. Additional languages is a plus
