Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. • Facilitate workshops and interviews with subject matter experts to gather insights and define use cases. • Support the identification and onboarding of Data Owners, helping to foster a culture of data stewardship. • Document and map existing data assets, contributing to the development of a comprehensive data catalogue. • Investigate and document data retention rules • Conduct gap analyses between current and target states, technologies, or business processes. • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and support solution design. • Partner with testing teams to validate that solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria. • Use tools such as Jira to manage and track requirements and analysis tasks. About You • Strong interest in data and its role in driving business value. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. • Proven experience in business analysis, ideally within a data or digital transformation context. • Skilled in selecting appropriate analysis techniques and documenting business and system processes. • Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. • Good SQL knowledge and experience. • Experience with tools like Jira or Confluence is advantageous.
