About the Role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Influencer Marketing function which is experiencing significant growth. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent. You will work closely with our head of Influencer marketing to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies.
· Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
·. Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates.
·. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, events and referrals.
· Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
· Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
· Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
· Proven experience as a talent acquisition partner or internal recruiter focusing on influencer marketing, digital marketing or marketing.
· Familiarity with recruitment strategies and best practices.
·. Strong sourcing and networking skills.
·. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (Workable).
·. Highly organised and detail-oriented.

1st stage – An informal 30-minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
