NOV Greengate is seeking an Office Administrator who will play a key role in supporting our commercial and operational teams β helping the business run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Administrative & Team Support β Provide admin support to the Commercial Director and departmental leaders.
- Systems & Reporting β Prepare and deliver reports, supporting PowerBI and document control systems.
- People, Training & Engagement β Coordinate training events and produce training materials / certificates.
- Facilities, Access & Communication β Arrange travel and visa requirements. Manage employee profiles, access cards, and Net2 access control.
- Front Office Duties β Handling incoming calls; monitor and manage access to the ShoreTel phone system.

- Previous experience in an office / administrative environment.

- Understanding of Kronos or similar timekeeping systems.
