Job Description
Deputy Resource Controller

Duties:
\\n
Assist in the delivery of planned maintenance and responsive repairs service to domestic and commercial properties across the Isle of Wight,
Allocation of appropriate resources including both internal trade staff and external contractors,
Ensuring efficient and effective use of resources,
Prioritising and scheduling of works, whilst ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs,
Liaison with clients and tenants to book appointments,
Ordering and organising delivery of materials, allocation of costs to jobs,
Updating and maintaining job management system and the status of works,
Collecting and collating client/resident feedback.

Experience:

Must have previous administrative experience from within a construction or property maintenance background,
Must have a good geographical understanding of the Isle of Wight and the ability to prioritise workload efficiently,
Must have a strong customer service and communication skills including the ability to work well as part of a team,
Must have a good level of computer literacy including MS Word, with the ability to learn new systems.
