This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and growing business, managing projects from design through to commissioning, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering strong team and client relationships.\\n\\n Key Responsibilities: Project Management:\\nLead the delivery of fire and security installation projects, from inception to completion\\n\\nDevelop project plans, manage resources and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery\\n\\nMonitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards, reporting progress to senior stakeholders\\n\\nConduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues proactively\\n\\nTechnical Oversight:\\nProvide guidance and support to teams on technical installation aspects\\n\\nReview drawings, specifications, and schematics to ensure accuracy and compliance\\n\\nEnsure installations meet relevant standards (BS5839, BS5266, BS EN 50131, NSI, etc.)\\n\\nCompliance & Safety:\\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of fire and security regulations and health & safety requirements\\n\\nConduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions where necessary\\n\\nEnsure full compliance with industry standards, legislation, and internal policies\\n\\nTeam Leadership:\\nManage and support in-house engineers and subcontractors\\n\\nLead performance reviews and encourage ongoing development and training\\n\\nPromote a safety-first and quality-driven working culture across the team\\n\\nStakeholder Engagement:\\nAct as the main point of contact for project-related fire and security matters\\n\\nProvide clear, timely updates to stakeholders and address escalations efficiently\\n\\nAssist with tenders and proposals, contributing to business development efforts\\n\\nIdentify and pursue opportunities to grow the division through networking and industry events\\n\\nRequired Experience & Qualifications:\\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in fire and security project management\\n\\nCertifications in fire/security system installation and maintenance (e.g., FIA, BAFE, NSI, SSAIB)\\n\\nStrong understanding of BS/EN regulations and installation best practices\\n\\nFull UK driving licence and valid ECS/CSCS card\\n\\nProficient with Microsoft Office and MS Project (AutoCAD knowledge desirable)\\n\\nStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skills\\n\\nDesirable Qualifications:\\nProject management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM)\\n\\nHealth & Safety certification (NEBOSH or IOSH)\\n\\nExperience with integrated fire and security solutions\\n\\nBenefits:\\nCompany vehicle or car allowance\\n\\nBonus scheme/performance incentives\\n\\nPension scheme\\n\\nTraining and professional development opportunities\\n\\n20 days annual leave + bank holidays\\n\\nTo Apply:\\nIf you are a motivated and experienced Fire & Security Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge, apply today or contact the CBW Staffing Solutions team for more information
