Sales & Marketing Assistant
We are currently seeking a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Northumberland. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic sales and marketing operation within the specialised Air Traffic Control (ATC) and technology sectors.
Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week (Flexible hours, early finish on Fridays)
Start Date: As soon as possible
About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you\’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing activities, assisting with customer communications, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales & Marketing Manager with customer accounts, lead management, and sales processes

Prepare quotes, proposals, and tender documents

Assist with marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media activity

Help organise trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends

Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and after-sales support

Produce and analyse sales reports for management
