Are you an experienced administrator looking for an opportunity to join a great team, working in state of the art offices?
Your main responsibilities will be administrating ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts for a leading Agricultural Merchant in the UK. You will be required to assist with customer requests and support with stock taking, therefore exceptional customer service skills are a pre-requisite of the role.
Main Responsibilities:
- To administer ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts
- To assist with customer enquiries and requests
- To issue sales and delivery invoices
- To enter collections and other stock transactions onto bespoke IT systems
- Recording of storage rent invoices and purchase invoices.
- Stock reconciliations
- Supporting the accounts team with duties allocated by Line Manager.
- Covering other team members and assisting in their duties
Skills, Abilities & Experience:
- Experience in an office/commercial environment
- Educated to A\’ Level standard or equivalent standard.
- English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Intermediate level in Word and Excel.
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, with the ability to build relationships
- Reliable and has the ability to manage own workload
- Good problem solving skills
