Are you an experienced administrator looking for an opportunity to join a great team, working in state of the art offices?

Your main responsibilities will be administrating ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts for a leading Agricultural Merchant in the UK. You will be required to assist with customer requests and support with stock taking, therefore exceptional customer service skills are a pre-requisite of the role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To administer ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts
  • To assist with customer enquiries and requests
  • To issue sales and delivery invoices
  • To enter collections and other stock transactions onto bespoke IT systems
  • Recording of storage rent invoices and purchase invoices.
  • Stock reconciliations
  • Supporting the accounts team with duties allocated by Line Manager.
  • Covering other team members and assisting in their duties

Skills, Abilities & Experience:

  • Experience in an office/commercial environment
  • Educated to A\’ Level standard or equivalent standard.
  • English language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Intermediate level in Word and Excel.
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, with the ability to build relationships
  • Reliable and has the ability to manage own workload
  • Good problem solving skills
