?? What You\’ll Be Doing:

Providing sensitive, person-centred night support to individuals with complex needs
-
Responding to challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism

Promoting independence and life skills at home and in the community

Supporting with personal care, medication and safety checks
-
Keeping accurate records and following support plans

Working closely with your team and our Mental Health Lead for regular support and development
