  • Providing sensitive, person-centred night support to individuals with complex needs

  • Responding to challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism

  • Promoting independence and life skills at home and in the community

  • Supporting with personal care, medication and safety checks

  • Keeping accurate records and following support plans

  • Working closely with your team and our Mental Health Lead for regular support and development

  • Experience in a challenging or complex care setting is highly desirable

  • A calm, compassionate approach

  • Confidence working independently on night shifts

  • A real commitment to making a difference

  • Willingness to complete full training, including:

    • Positive Behaviour Support

    • Autism & mental health awareness

    • Forensic risk support
