Job Description

We are recruiting a Mechancal or multiskilled Technician (day shift) to join the team in London.\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n \\nAs a CBRE Critical Services Technician, you will resolve and complete day-to-day work orders to meet customer satisfaction targets and ensure completion in the time frame required.\\n \\nThis job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.\\n \\nRole Responsibilities:\\n\\nQualify and act as an appointed Authorized Person (AP) within 6 months from onboarding.\\n \\nMaintain an up-to-date log of work completed and outstanding items through the in-house system.\\n \\nEnsure that all contractors and staff comply with all company, client safety, and security requirements.\\n \\nParticipate in the critical services training program.\\n \\nEnsure effective communication with the client and management team is maintained.\\n \\nOperate as a team with other technicians by sharing expertise and experience to help resolve operational problems.\\n \\nProvide holiday, training & sickness cover for other members of the shift team.\\n \\nTrack and complete Critical Services Planned Preventative Maintenance and provide condition assessments of plant and equipment.\\n \\nLog and action all out-of-line situations with incident reports.\\n \\nUse existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.\\n \\nImpact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.\\n \\nDeliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.\\n \\nRole Requirements:\\n \\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.

In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 or equivalent in BS7671:2008 Requirement for Electrical Installation (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th edition).\\n \\nMeet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.\\n \\nAbility to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.\\n \\nCommunication skills to exchange straightforward information.\\n \\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
