The role of Visual Merchandiser-Head Office role is to be responsible for developing merchandising guidelines. This includes creating visual packs for in-store implementation, preparing photo packs, and conducting store visits to uphold visual standards across the estate.

The roles and responsibilities of Visual Merchandiser – Head Office role:

  • Develop clear and concise brand visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Update and enhance existing VM training materials.
  • Provide weekly feedback to key stores.
  • Conduct regular store visits across the estate to ensure standards are upheld.
  • Collaborate with wider Marketing teams to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Share feedback with internal and external stakeholders regarding product or project-related issues.
  • Stay informed about current trends and identify potential opportunities for innovation.

To be successful in this Visual Merchandiser – Head Office role:

  • Ideally having 1-2 years’ experience in VM head office environment with retail or fashion sector.
  • This is an office based role, so you much we able to come in central London daily if not on store visits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite is preferred
  • In-Design experience in preferred
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Confident in influencing store teams as well as working independently
