Overview:
A global managed service provider is seeking a Payroll transformation expert to work on a project for their end client in South Manchester. The end client is kicking off a major Payroll Transformation Programme and they\’re seeking an experiencedPayroll Process Expertto join them on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in reshaping their payroll function for the future.
Role Purpose:
You will provide consultancy-level expertise to support and shape several core workstreams within the programme. These include:

Data:Understanding end-to-end payroll data flows (inputs, outputs), identifying issues, and advising on best practice.

Roles and Responsibilities:Clarifying ownership and defining roles across the payroll ecosystem.

Training and Knowledge:Developing a framework for knowledge sharing and upskilling across teams.

Target Operating Model:Supporting the design of a streamlined, future-ready payroll operating model.
You\’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to identify pain points, propose solutions, and guide the team through to resolution.
