An industry leading consultancy based in London is seeking to appoint a talented Rights of Light Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to become part of a market leading business with an outstanding reputation for delivering best in class specialist services across the property and construction sectors.

The Opportunity:
This is a key appointment within an established but fast growing team. With a robust pipeline of high profile projects already secured and ambitious plans for future expansion, the successful candidate will play a significant role in the continued development of the businesss specialist Neighbourly Matters offering.
You will work on a broad range of complex and often high value developments, advising clients across the full project lifecycle. Depending on your experience, you will either support or lead on the delivery of Rights of Light consultancy and analysis, while also having the opportunity to contribute to the wider Neighbourly Matters service line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all aspects of Rights of Light and Daylight & Sunlight matters
- Carrying out detailed technical assessments and delivering clear, commercially focused reports
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the development and mentoring of junior team members
- Contributing to business development activities and the ongoing growth of the team
About You:
- Proven experience within a Rights of Light / Neighbourly Matters environment
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to interpret complex data with confidence
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- A commercial mindset and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
