About the Role
Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring product quality through inspection, documentation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. You\’ll work hands-on with advanced inspection equipment and be the first point of contact for customer quality concerns.
Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret engineering drawings

Perform visual and dimensional inspections using callipers, gauges, micrometres, etc.

Operate and (with training if needed) program:

CMM systems
-
Planar (2D camera measurement)
-
Keyence IM (non-contact measurement)
-

Use microscopes for detailed inspection

Create and update Work Instructions and Quality Alerts

Control non-conforming products using RCA, CAPA, 5 Whys, 8D tools

Manage customer concerns (including occasional site visits valid driving licence required)

Use SAP or similar MRP systems (advantageous)

Conduct internal audits and contribute to ISO9001:2015 compliance

Take part in Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives
