Job Description
Our client a UK based specialist finance provider are seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-level support to the CEO. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that plays a vital part in the smooth running of the Executive Office and the broader leadership team. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

- Manage complex diary and inbox coordination for the CEO
- Prepare executive packs and polished PowerPoint presentations for Board and ExCo meetings
- Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and events
- Attend and minute senior meetings, track action points
- Draft professional correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO
- Provide high-level support across strategic projects and initiatives
