PA / Administrator – Wealth Management Location: Hybrid (Lombard Street) or remote working Hours – Part Time (circa 25-28 hours per week) Salary: up to £35,000 FTE Are you an experienced and a self-motivated multi-tasker, who works best when taking responsibility for their own workload? An excellent opportunity has arisen for an SJP experienced and adaptable PA / Administrator to join this ambitious partner practice. You will be working as part of the small team at a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc. The company provides bespoke financial planning and investment advice and services to a wide range of clients Your role will be to manage all the day-to-day operations of the business, including: * You will be providing a high level of technical and administrative support * Managing appointments and client review meetings, and responding to client emails and managing the CRM system (Salesforce) * Preparing for Client Financial Reviews, collating key data, preparing relevant Illustrations and meeting packs * Issuing and following up on Letters of Authority with clients and third parties * Submitting and progressing post review actions such as fund switches, withdrawals, changes to contribution portfolios * Dealing with enquiries on behalf of the Partner, always providing excellent levels of service to Clients * You will be processing new business and liaising with SJP admin teams * There is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast paced environment * Diary management for the Partner The Person: PA / Administrator – Wealth Management This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style. * You will have experience of working within an SJP Partner Practice and enjoy a fast paced, varied and exciting environment * You have excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can make effective decisions * You have used Salesforce CRM and be confident with SJP systems and processes * You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision * It is essential that as PA / Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion * You will work proactively to help streamline the business and help develop efficiencies, with the ability to adapt to a fast pace of change in technology St. James’s Place plc (SJP) is a leading, a highly regarded FTSE 100 Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base.
