On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer of marine propulsion systems, TQR are seeking aSales Engineerto join a growing commercial team. The Role

This is a varied and rewarding position that blends technical understanding with commercial drive. Youll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and developing long-term relationships with clients across the marine industry. While the role is primarily office-based, youll also attend trade exhibitions, visit customers, and occasionally travel overseas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, from enquiry to close
  • Prepare technical quotations tailored to customer requirements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and aftersales support
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
