Our client are a leading name in within BMS and they are looking to take on an experienced BMS Project Manager to oversee major projects within Central London. The successful PM will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of BMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion.
- Oversee contract reviews, identifying risks and ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
- Ensure all health & safety regulations and industry standards are met.
- Conduct stakeholder communication, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
- Supervise the commissioning and handover process, ensuring seamless operation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in leading BMS projects.
- Strong knowledge of multiple systems.
- Ability to manage high-value projects.
- Experience in budget control, contract management, and risk assessment.
