Overview
The Junior School are currently recruiting for After School and Holiday Club Team Leader to join the ePlus department on a permanent basis. The positions are available immediately (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). Hours of work will be between 1.30pm and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday during term time and on a rota basis (26.25 hours) during holiday periods. A degree of flexibility is required in this role. After School and Holiday Club Team Leader will be placed on the ESMS Support Staff Salary Scales within the range of point 21 – 24 which is equivalent to a range of £18,062 to £19,659 pro-rated per annum. Remuneration is dependant on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- The purpose of the AfterSchool and Holiday Club Team Leader role is to effectively lead the service provision daily with the Practitioner team, in consultation with the After School and Holiday Club Deputy Manager and Manager at Ravelston.
- Key duties include day-to-day responsibility for the room teams and ensuring that the children receive consistently high quality care.
- The role also involves leading a creative program of activities, supporting and supervising practitioners and supervising children during outings.
