We are seeking a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join a highly successful manufacturer on the outskirts of Leeds. The successful Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving their production processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment, and supporting our commitment to quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment. * Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. * Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. * Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve productivity. * Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
