Overview
We\βre actively recruiting Corporate Lawyers at Senior Associate or Director level to join the largest Corporate team in Leeds, at the heart of an office that has just recorded total revenue of Β£84.2m β the highest on record and the strongest ever year-on-year growth.
You\βll work on high-profile, cross-border deals for national and international clients, including private equity sponsors, listed companies and family offices of UHNWIs from across the globe. From M&A and private equity to IPOs and public takeovers, you\βll be part of a team that delivers complex, high-value work with a global reach, all from our single site office. We are well suited to those who are looking to escape the London grind, but wanting to continue to work on sophisticated matters, or who want to grow their career in a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Ideally, you\βll be at least 4 years PQE and looking to progress your career in a leading full-service firm based outside of London where the decisions about your future are made by those you see and work with β day in, day out.
