Overview

We\’re actively recruiting Corporate Lawyers at Senior Associate or Director level to join the largest Corporate team in Leeds, at the heart of an office that has just recorded total revenue of Β£84.2m – the highest on record and the strongest ever year-on-year growth.

You\’ll work on high-profile, cross-border deals for national and international clients, including private equity sponsors, listed companies and family offices of UHNWIs from across the globe. From M&A and private equity to IPOs and public takeovers, you\’ll be part of a team that delivers complex, high-value work with a global reach, all from our single site office. We are well suited to those who are looking to escape the London grind, but wanting to continue to work on sophisticated matters, or who want to grow their career in a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Ideally, you\’ll be at least 4 years PQE and looking to progress your career in a leading full-service firm based outside of London where the decisions about your future are made by those you see and work with – day in, day out.

  • Earn up to 35% bonus with our annual bonus scheme – our chargeable hours target is 1350
  • Paid sabbatical scheme which allows you to take up to 4-weeks paid sabbatical every 3 years.
  • Minimum of 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays per year, with the opportunity to buy/sell up to five days per year.
  • Hybrid working allows you to split your time between home and the office.
  • Auto enrolled into the workplace pension scheme, and we\’ll contribute a minimum of 5% of your salary (7% for Directors).
  • 4x your annual salary in the event of a death in service.
  • Access to BUPA with no excess or compulsory payments.
