Job Description
Forklift Operative
OA are recruiting for a Forklift Operative/Warehouse Operative to join our client’s successful and growing team.
Forklift Licences are desirable for this role – Counterbalance & Aisle-Master
You will be responsible for ensuring daily operational activities are completed in line with business requirements, including effective utilisation of operational resources in-line with quality, safety, and client service requirements. This is a varied role in which you will support the warehouse function with the receiving, distribution and rotation of client stock.
Location: Aston Clinton
Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm, and flexibility required for overtime during peak periods.
Salary: £23,809 to £24,809 (the £24,809 will be offerred with the correct Forklift Licences)

Forklift Operative Key Responsibilities
- Accurate picking and packing of client orders
- Accurate receipt, put away and replenishment of client stock
- Maintain stock accuracy and support with counts as required
- Timely dispatching of all client orders
- End of shift reporting to Department Team Manager
- General housekeeping
- Liaise internally with various departments
- Identify measures to improve productivity levels
- Adherence to business operational requirements for safety, security, and integrity for all offsite, onsite and warehouse operations and customer products
- Responsible for the safe and secure loading and unloading of vehicles
- Any other reasonable related duties as required.
