We're looking for a Private Client Account Handler to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our Private Client Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a successful team, where your expertise will directly contribute to the growth of the department and the satisfaction of our valued clients.?? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead by example in the private client broking team, championing best practices and service excellence.
  • Support Account Executives and Managers in acquiring, maintaining, and renewing high-value private client insurance portfolios.
  • Play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring every interaction adds value and builds trust.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through client retention and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

?? What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in private client or personal lines insurance, ideally with high-net-worth clients.
  • A client-first mindset with the ability to build rapport and handle complex insurance needs.
  • Strong knowledge of private client insurance products and the broking lifecycle.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Cert CII qualified (or working towards) is preferred.
